We usually keep our Philly House Shows feature to once a month, but there are exceptions to every rule. And since we received more angry emails in the months we took off from Philly House Shows than any other time, we figured we could break you off something special in January.

Philly House Shows is back with our sixth installment featuring a slew of great touring bands and locals alike. This feature brought us our to West Philly's 52nd and Warrington neighborhood where we caught up with local promoter Logan Neubauer at the Cloud City House.

Philly House Shows is back with a special edition, double-feature for your viewing and listening pleasure. I made it out to two house shows over the weekend and shot 10 bands, including local, regional, and nationally touring acts. One of my favorite aspects of the Philly Scene is that there is never a shortage of good house shows going down with bands from all over the globe. Here is the second half of our special edition, double-feature, of notorious column Philly House Shows! We bring you vol 2 of The Blast Beat Be-Header grindcore showcases by local promoter Logan Neubauer. If you missed vol. 1 at International Waters in West Philly, check it out. Here is the first half of a very special addition of Blow The Scene's Philly House Shows! We attended Blast Beat Be-Header Vol.1 and Vol.2 last week as many of the top grindcore and metal bands in the world were stopping through Philly on their way to Maryland Death Fest. Blast Beat Be-Header vol. 1 was hosted at one of our favorite West Philadelphia show houses, International Waters, by none other than local promoter Logan Neubauer, who managed to draw a decent size crowd for a Monday night thrash-off. Our third installment of Philly House Shows takes us to west Philly and into the basement of the Unholy Trinity House. On Sat. April 16th I ventured out into the monsoon to photograph Casket, Life Less, and Cop Problem as part of Cop Problems Demo Release tour.
