These fine folks include our Senior Staff Photographer Dante Torrieri and Staff Photographers Anne Spina, Bora Chung, and we have the recent contributions from Denver photographer, Joshua Chase. Editor-in-chief, Joshua Cohen also lends his photographic eye to select shows, making for diversified galleries throughout the year. Expect more from all of our staff in 2013 and more exciting additions!
Mr. Dante Torrieri (who owns and operates Useless Rebel Imaging), shot over 200 shows and 800+ bands in 2012 for Blow The Scene. This while working a full-time day job with plans to be married in the coming months. The man has forgone sleep to bring us the some of the best music-related photographic work of 2012 across any front. For the second time this year, we asked Dante to pick his favorite 50 photos for Pt II of Blow The Scene’s Top 50 Photos of 2012!
Looking at Dante’s prolific work is a good reminder of just how hard all of the people behind the scenes at BTS work. We would like to wish our staff, readers, musicians, friends, family, and all the various figures across the music landscape that we work with on daily basis, a safe, happy, and healthy New Year!
