English crust punk champs Extinction of Mankind ripped into Philly’s Kung Fu Necktie venue with Autarch and Plague Dogs in tow. The show played out as was to be expected, a wave of mayhem complete with stage dives, brews flying, full mooning, bodies flailing, and punctuated by the exuberant lady who whipped down her knickers and urinated right into the crowd.
