Massachusetts hardcore mainstay Bane lit up Philly’s Kung Fu Necktie with regional talents Wrong Answer, Rude Awakening, and Time Bomb for an evening of rowdy hardcore hosted by the Philly Hardcore Shows booking group.
It was just a few months ago we covered one of the most epic moments in recent hardcore history, the now infamous Bane Pizza Party during This Is Hardcore Fest 2013. It was shortly thereafter Bane announced they would be recording their fourth full-length album and first since 2005′s The Note.
The forthcoming effort is entitled Don’t Wait Up, and was recorded at Getaway Studios with Jay Maas of Defeater in December. Along with the news of this records completion, Bane also announced that Don’t Wait Up will be their final album and is slated to be released later in 2014 via longtime label, Equal Vision Records.
