Brooklyn’s favorite daughters of sludge metal, Mortals recently stormed through Philly’s Kung Fu Necktie venue along with local shredders Repellers in tow. The scheduled headliners, Wolvehammer, were stranded in Baltimore, so fans were treated to two intimate and extended performances.
Mortals are supporting a debut LP on Relapse entitled, Cursed to See the Future. The band teamed up with metal portal Metal Injection to debut the trio’s bloodthirsty music video for the track “View From A Tower.” The murderous clip takes place at Brooklyn venue The Acheron and can be viewed below the fold.
