We know you’re here for the pics, so I’ll keep this brief.
Saturday, April 2, 2011, James and I zipped over to The Barbery, located at 951 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA to catch Nails, All Pigs Must Die, Wormrot (who got added to the bill last minute as the Philly Parking Authority jacked their van), New Lows, and Deathbeds.
I dig this spot. One of the few smaller venues in the city that does not skimp on sound or setup. Small stage, lots of floor space, and thundering, ceiling-mounted PA speakers, which get the majority of their use from the club’s nightly dance parties and DJs.
Before the hipsters could get their nightly swerve on, Joe Hardcore (Philly Hardcore Shows) and R5 Productions took over to present another rad matinee show for Philly’s hungry hardcore and metal fans.
Without further ado, here’s the show in pictures.
p.s. We are going to post a few extra exclusive photos at The BTS Facebook page, so be sure to add us, and check those out.
