Here is the first half of a very special addition of Blow The Scene’s Philly House Shows! We attended Blast Beat Be-Header Vol.1 and Vol.2 last week as many of the top grindcore and metal bands in the world were stopping through Philly on their way to Maryland Death Fest. Blast Beat Be-Header vol. 1 was hosted at one of our favorite West Philadelphia show houses, International Waters, by none other than local promoter Logan Neubauer, who managed to draw a decent size crowd for a Monday night thrash-off. We’ll be sitting down with Logan soon for a local spotlight interview, so keep an eye for that! Philly House Shows pt IV vol. 1 features Gash, Amputee, Doubled Over (Australia), Internal Rot (Australia), Mutilation Rites (New York), and Coffin Dust. Tomorrow we will have Vol 2 featuring Noisear, Shitstorm, The Kill, and Chainsaw to the Face.
