New England’s favorite sons of punk-induced metal, Converge, have offered up a new digital EP, Pound For Pound: The Wolverine Blues Sessions, featuring the band’s rendition of “Wolverine Blues” with 5 different vocal performances by Aaron Turner (Isis), J. Bannon (Converge), Kevin Baker (APMD, The Hope Conspiracy), Nate Newton (Converge, Doomriders), and a joint performance by Tompa (Disfear, At The Gates, etc) and Kurt Ballou (Converge, etc), from the song originally written and performed by Entombed.
For each track, a different vocalist recorded a full version of the song which the band used to compile into the final version included on the Converge and Napalm Death Split 7″EP.

2. Wolverine Blues w/ Jacob Bannon (Converge, Wear Your Wounds)
