We stopped by Kung Fu Necktie in Philly’s Northern Liberties neighborhood on July 12, 2011 to catch Spirit Animal’s record release with special guests Population Zero and Fuck Attack, hosted by ActualRecords.org.
Animal Spirit brought their trademark sludgy rock stylings for an eclectic mix of street punks and casuals, who streamed in and out of the venue to catch punk-rock quartet Fuck Attack and the brutal street punk offerings of Philly’s Population Zero.
We’ll be following up with Population Zero as their debut E.P. is about to be released on the legendary Creep Records.
I was testing out a new camera, so I dabbled with a bunch of different styles for these shots. We know you’re here for the visuals, so without further ado, here is the show in pics.
