The notorious LA punk rock band The Bronx has announced that they will hit the road in March with the legendary Bad Religion for a twenty-date tour of the U.S. and Canada.
Called “the finest punk band of this century” by Kerrang and “one of this generations greatest punk bands” by Metal Hammer, The Bronx is generating a groundswell of buzz. The band recently released their fourth studio album, and first in five years, The Bronx (IV), to mass critical acclaim and fun new music video for the infectious anthem, “Youth Wasted.”
After wrapping up a wild romp of the U.K. in support of the new album, The Bronx will make their triumphant return to the U.S. with Bad Religion to stir the pit with their “riotous riffs and howling, shout-along choruses” (RollingStone.com).
The Bronx are filling in for Against Me! who had drop from the tour earlier this week. Bad Religion commented,
Finding a band to fill in 5 days before a tour starts is incredibly tough. It’s harder than just calling Fat Mike at home to see what’s up. We’ve been busting our butts and I’m really happy to say that our friends The Bronx will be able to join us starting from Washington D.C. onward for the rest of the tour. We really do love them, and can’t thank them enough for stepping up to the plate at the last minute…
