United Nations, the searing screamo/powerviolence quintet composed of Geoff Rickley (formerly of Thursday) and a pseudo-anonymous cadre of musicians sourced from Thursday, Pianos Become The Teeth, Acid Tiger, and The Lovekill, have announced a west coast tour in continued support of their critically adored sophomore effort The Next Four Years (released in July via Temporary Residence Ltd.). Joining the group is LA-based post-hardcore quartet Silver Snakes and nihilistic punks Sick Feeling. Aside from the praise lavished on the album from the likes of Pitchfork, Stereogum, Noisey, etc. the live iteration of the band is renowned for seismic, impassioned performances, breathing new life into already combustible compositions.
