Young Widows, have announced a handful of March tour dates in support of their latest album, Easy Pain. The trio’s fourth full-length album, via Temporary Residence Ltd., an impossibly dense tangle of bracing post-punk intensity and darkened noise rock hues, was hailed as “a winning slew of dark, whiskey-soaked Kentucky” by Under the Radar upon its release. Long renowned for the visceral live engagements, the tour is not one to miss. Experimental singer-songwriter Shannon Wright will provide main support on all dates; the tour will also be joined by New York’s The Austerity Program, whose latest Beyond Calculation, was recently named of Rolling Stone‘s #12 metal album of the year.
