Los Angeles’ Touche Amore have had a whirlwind year; the band released their landmark third LP Is Survived By which was named one of Alternative Press‘s 10 Essential Albums of 2013, supported punk/hardcore stalwarts AFI on a full North American tour with stops at Riot Fests Denver & Chicago, headlined almost all of Europe with Self Defense Family, and now are gearing up for an exciting 2014, kicking the year off with a North American co-headlining tour. Touche Amore, alongside mewithoutYou, will canvas the United States from February 6th through March 6th. Seahaven will support all shows, and Drug Church and Caravels will appear on select dates – check out a full routing below.
Is Survived By, released in September of 2013, was recorded with producer Brad Wood (Sunny Day Real Estate, Smashing Pumpkins) and features twelve tracks that showcase Touche Amore‘s lyric ingenuity, musical ferocity and a newfound sense of maturity. The album follows up 2011’s critically acclaimed Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me, which was named LA’s Best Metal Album of the year by the LA Weekly.
