Tankcrimes kicks ass. For this music connoisseur, it simply doesn't get much better. DIY-to-the-core, this West Coast phenomena appeases the unholy gods of shred and keeps the American punk rock dream alive like only a rare few can. Many a record needle has been worn down thanks to the hands on effort of label-head Scotty Heath who brought legendary releases to your front door from the likes of Annihilation Time, Vitamin X, Voetsek, Toxic Holocaust, Victims, and even Cannabis Corpse, to name a few. One of our favorite labels, Bay Area's Tankcrimes, just dropped THE cover E.P. of 2010. Agoraphobic Nosebleed / A.N.S. Tribute to Gang Green Split 5″ and they were kind enough to send over 3 tracks for your listening pleasure! Two killer bands pay tribute to another. Art by Tallboy and production/mastering by Scott Hull.
Limited to 100 copies on “coke white”, 300 on “gin clear”, and 600 on “Beer/Piss yellow”.

Today we wanted to post a quick blurb on a label and developing fest that has "RAD" written all over it. We already have a lengthy interview and feature piece underway with the Tankcrimes family, but we wanted to get you all stoked on this amazing fest early!
Tankcrimes is an indie label based out of the Bay Area, CA. Tankcrimes features releases from many leading thrash and metal acts including Toxic Holocaust and Cannabis Corpse and is a longstanding embodiment of the DIY ethics code.
