Having passed the three decade mark in December, Neurosis returned to Electrical Audio in Chicago with engineer Steve Albini (Nirvana, Trash Talk) on December 27th to record their forthcoming brand new LP, their follow up to 2012's Honor Found In Decay.

Directly following their recent declaration of an impending European Summer tour, which includes several major festival appearances and performances in territories where they've never before played, Neurosis now announces new stateside shows as well as their first tour of Australia.
Continuing their most intense bout of touring in more than two decades, still steadily supporting their heralded 2012-released, Honor Found In Decay, Neurosis will return to European soil this Summer. Neurosis' sprawling European tour in support of their tenth LP Honor Found In Decay draws near, set to bring on the most intense touring schedule the band has embarked on in years, beginning in less than two weeks at the annual Hellfest in Clisson, France. While this year’s massive festival includes gargantuan headlining acts Kiss, ZZ Top, Danzig, Down, Morbid Angel, Twisted Sister and hundreds more, Neurosis will headline The Valley stage, with support from Sleep, High On Fire, Black Cobra, Pallbearer, Black Breath, Eagle Twin and others.

Following massive sporadic live performances across the United States throughout the end of 2012 and first two months of 2013, today Neurosis confirms an extensive European tour in support of their acclaimed tenth LP, Honor Found In Decay.
With a total of eighteen shows confirmed at press time, such an extensive continental tour is a rare occurrence for Neurosis. But from late May through early July the band will forge through Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy and Switzerland, performing at a plethora of high profile festivals including Primavera Sound, Hellfest, Bravalla and Eurockeennes along the way.

The next round of live performances from the mighty Neurosis draws near, as the outfit prepares to invade the Northeast for shows in Brooklyn and Philadelphia next week.
Next Saturday, January 19th Neurosis will return to the historic Masonic Temple in Brooklyn, the venue they nearly tore to the ground when they last played in New York with a pair of shows in early 2008 with openers Mastodon. Neurosis Announces UK and US shows after parting ways with visual artist and beginning a new chapter with the tour cycle surrounding new album, Honor Found In Decay.
Neurosis has this week disclosed details on new pending live actions across the country in support of Honor Found In Decay.
Newly locked-down Neurosis performances are now set to take place late this year into the first week of 2013 in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle, with tickets for all three shows set to go on sale this Friday, November 30th. Additional tour actions for the group will be announced in the days ahead.

Neurosis anticipated tenth studio album, Honor Found In Decay, is available worldwide this week via their own label, Neurot Recordings. Both the standard jewel case CD and limited edition Stoughton gatefold sleeve CD versions of the disc are available along with poster and shirt packages, direct from the Neurosis store.
The LP version of Honor Found In Decay will be released via Neurot and Relapse Records in the coming weeks with specific details to be announced shortly.

With just two weeks to go before Neurosis release their long-awaited tenth studio album via Neurot Recordings, preorders are now available for the new Honor Found In Decay CD. Neurosis have just dropped the official premiere stream of new album’s opening track, "We All Rage In Gold."
This monster of an opening track to Neurosis' anticipated Honor Found In Decay opus, was premiered by Noisey, VICE magazine's music channel. The six-and-a-half minute behemoth bears some of the most ethereal, organic resonance, as well as some of the most glacial, signature Neurosis riffs found on the new album.
