One of the US's definitive emo bands, Braid will reunite and begin recording a new record next month with 1998’s Frame And Canvas producer J. Robbins for a yet untitled forthcoming album on Polyvinyl Records, as reported by the A.V Club this morning.
Last year Polyvinyl Records re-issued 5 Braid albums as that can be purchased together at a large discount.

In the 1990's musical landscape, Champaign-Urbana, Illinois' Braid carved a place for themselves that continues to resonate.
