Kylesa, the Savannah-based quintet who have won widespread praise for their earth-shaking blend of psychedelia and hard rock, return to the road on May 25 for a series of headlining dates as well as performances at venerable summer festivals including Bonnaroo, Pitchfork Music Festival and Maryland Death Fest.
"After a small break from several months of touring here and abroad, we're ready to get back on the road here in the U.S. and are very much looking forward to playing these lauded and diverse festivals," said songwriter/guitarist Laura Pleasants.

Phillip Cope, guitarist and singer of Kylesa, sounds exhausted, yet the southerner’s ongoing flurry of activity shows that he is anything but lethargic.
The double drummer darlings of Savannah’s sludge metal scene recently returned from an extensive European tour with Converge and are already set to hit the road this week to support their upcoming album Spiral Shadow (available October 26 on Season of Mist records). The title of the first track released (“Tired Climb”) from the new album even hints at his battle against the daily grind....

Savannah-based Kylesa have unveiled "Tired Climb," a new track from their forthcoming Season of Mist debut, Spiral Shadow (Oct. 26 release) on the band's MySpace page.
The band, who recently wrapped up a European tour with Converge, recorded the new album at the Jam Room in Columbia, SC earlier this summer with band member and renowned producer Phillip Cope (Baroness, Withered) once again at the helm.

Converge has announced their European summer dates!! They will be have many guests along the way with most dates featuring acts Kylesa, Gaza and Kvelertak.
Converge is currently touring the US with select dates featuring bands Thursday, Coalesce, Touche Amore, Lewd Acts and Black Breath.
